Our company, PIXEL PAINTING & MAINTENANCE (VIC) PTY LTD, has been a trusted name in the industry for over 15 years, delivering high-quality painting services to residential and commercial properties across Melbourne's South and South-Eastern suburbs.
As a Painter with our company, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Applying paints, varnishes, and stains to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces using brushes, rollers, and spray guns.
- Stripping old paint and wallpapers, fixing woodwork, filling holes and cracks, and smoothing and sealing surfaces.
- Colour correcting, matching, mixing pigments, and ensuring a high level of finish.
- Erecting scaffolding and ladders, and placing drop sheets to protect areas from paint splattering.
- Hang wallpaper, match patterns, and trim edges.
- Clean equipment and work areas regularly.
- Minor repair work and collaborating with other contractors.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in painting and decorating.
- A valid White Card.
- Full-time availability and ability to travel to various job sites.
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Qualification in painting and decorating is desirable.
