Store Leadership Opportunity

At a retail organization, we are seeking a skilled leader to oversee store operations and lead the team to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day store activities, including opening and closing procedures
  • Develop and motivate the store team to provide excellent customer service and drive sales growth
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure stock availability and minimize waste
  • Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the store's appearance and appeal
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies and make informed decisions
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a store manager or in a similar retail management role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Possession of retail knowledge and a keen eye for fashion and style
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • A positive attitude and passion for creating exceptional customer experiences
