About the Role

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the retail store, including effective rostering, visual merchandising, inventory management, and customer experience.
  • Drive sales growth, manage budgets, and control controllable costs while ensuring the store operates within T2 Tea's policies and guidelines.
  • Identify development needs within the team and implement training programs to enhance performance and succession planning.
  • Ensure the store maintains a high level of presentation, adhering to visual merchandising standards and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

  • You will be a passionate retail professional with a background in management, demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills, as well as excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to motivate and empower team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales growth, and maintain a positive store environment.
