Automotive Product Advisor

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Product Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless communication with retail and internal service customers.
Main Responsibilities- Liaise with customers to understand their product needs and provide tailored advice
- Interpret parts from electronic catalogues to ensure accurate order processing
- Process orders efficiently and effectively
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers via phone and in-person
- Previous experience in automotive sales or customer service
- Solid interpretation skills and attention to detail
- ERA (Pentana) experience highly regarded
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
