The Role
We are seeking an experienced General Counsel to join our team at Crown Melbourne. As a key member of our leadership team, you will provide strategic legal advice to the Board, stakeholders, and the business, ensuring compliance with legislative and contractual obligations. Your expertise will be essential in navigating legal risks across various business functions, including gaming, liquor licensing, employment, litigation, and procurement.
Your Responsibilities
As General Counsel, you will be responsible for managing external legal advisers and overseeing the legal affairs of Crown Melbourne. You will also play a crucial role in shaping and implementing key strategies, working closely with senior management to drive business growth and success. Additionally, you will be responsible for Company Secretary duties, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the Board and its committees effectively.
