Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As a valued member of our staff, you will play a key role in providing high-quality education and care for our children and their families.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be committed to excellence in Early Childhood Education and Care, and have a minimum of 3 years experience working in an early childhood setting. They will also have the ability to work as a floater within our service, with flexibility to work on other days to cover leave.

  • Provide a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment for children and their families
  • Manage the day-to-day running of the program alongside our knowledgeable Early Childhood Teacher
  • Contribute to the rooms program, setting up inviting play spaces and documentation of children's learning
  • Plan and program for children's developmental needs using our online Portfolio

Position Description

This is a part-time position working 38 hours per week, with flexibility to work on other days to cover leave. The successful candidate will be required to:

  • Work collaboratively with our team of educators to provide high-quality education and care
  • Develop and implement programs that meet the diverse needs of our children
  • Build strong relationships with parents and carers to ensure the best possible outcomes for our children
