Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Analyst to take ownership of the compliance request for information process in our Regulatory Affairs team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and executing regulatory activities while fine-tuning processes and improving efficiency. Key responsibilities include ensuring proactive monitoring and management of correspondence with our gaming regulator, managing the Crown Regulatory Inbox, and identifying gaps to make recommendations on delivering business improvements. Additionally, the role involves record-keeping in Crown's Incident Management System - Archer.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will possess a strong background in regulatory affairs, legal or compliance, with experience in problem-solving, streamlining processes, and making efficient decisions. You will also have knowledge of analytics tools such as Archer, proficiency in Microsoft Suite, and experience in strategy planning and execution of projects. Experience in developing and implementing new processes and procedures, driving change initiatives, and obtaining and maintaining a Casino Special Employee Licence as issued by the VGCCC is highly desirable.
