Shop Floor Cleaner

About this role:
- Join our cleaning services team to maintain a pristine shopping environment.
You will work closely with your colleagues to ensure that the store is tidy and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily tasks from the planner, including sweeping shop floors, cleaning walls, bathrooms, trolley bays and team rooms, and emptying bins
- Collect trolleys from car parks and surrounding areas on foot
- Collaborate across departments to meet cleaning needs
- Assist customers in-store by answering questions or providing directions
- Receive full training in operating equipment and tools to make your job easier and safer
What We're Looking For:
- An ambitious mindset, a passion for retail, and a love of working with people in a promising role
- Physical fitness is essential, as the role involves physically demanding tasks
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift loads between 5-10kgs
- Flexibility to work in different environments, such as shop floors, fridges, freezers, and car parks
- Availability to work Monday-Sunday and shifts starting from 6am or 5pm
- A keen eye for cleanliness and attention to detail
