**Director of Early Childhood Education Opportunity**

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead day-to-day operations, prioritizing the needs of children and staff.
  • Embed a culture of welcome, connection, kindness, and excellence across the centre.
  • Collaborate with our National Learning, Research and Development Partner (NLRDP) and Educational Leader to drive best practice in curriculum and pedagogy.
  • Build genuine connections with local families and networks, promoting the centre's values and mission.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Mastery of sector regulations, including the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience in leading teams and driving positive change.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, families, and community partners.
