Store Manager Opportunity

Outback Stores is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, stock control, merchandising, and staff supervision.

This role involves providing effective leadership and mentoring to in-store teams, fostering a collaborative and culturally respectful environment. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with Food Safety Standards, WHS, and company policies.

Maintaining excellent store presentation and high levels of customer service are essential to this role. Additionally, the candidate will support with staff training initiatives and build positive relationships with community stakeholders and team members.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in retail or fast-moving consumer goods within a supermarket environment. They will also possess proven leadership skills, including mentoring, training, and leading diverse teams. Operational knowledge, cultural awareness, customer focus, and technical savvy are also essential requirements for this role.

  • Skill Requirements:
