About The Opportunity

Programmed's Property Services department is currently seeking a skilled Gardening Team Leader to lead our Northwest Melbourne team. This is an excellent opportunity to oversee the maintenance of our completed landscapes across client sites. Working across the Northwestern suburbs of Melbourne, you will be responsible for guiding the team and ensuring the overall upkeep and maintenance of landscaped works by mulching, pruning, shaping, weeding, and edging as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and support to the team to ensure high-quality work
  • Ensure sites are always maintained and presented at a high standard
  • Organize the team, materials, and contractors to achieve results
  • Implement effective weed and pest control measures
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety processes and procedures
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in gardening and landscaping, with a passion for delivering quality work and a strong commitment to safety. Additionally, you will have

  • Qualification or experience in horticultural parks and gardens, gardening, and landscaping
  • Current driver's license and a working with children check (preferable) and white card
  • A professional approach to the workplace
  • The ability to execute work to a high standard
  • A strong commitment to quality, environmental, occupational health, and safety management systems
