About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join our successful team in Brisbane. As a key member of our Queensland Property practice, you will work on a range of transactions, including acquisitions and disposals of real estate, hotels and resorts transactions, and energy transition/renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of real estate transactions, including drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored advice on property law matters.
  • Collaborate with senior lawyers to develop and implement strategies for complex transactions.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to ensure their professional development and growth.
  • Contribute to business development opportunities and client relationships.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with 4-7 years of post-admission experience in commercial property law, including exposure to renewable energy matters. You should have strong drafting skills, excellent commercial acumen, and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. A keen interest in mentoring and training junior team members is essential.
