Your Responsibilities
As a Compassionate Nursing Professional, you will be entrusted with the care of our most valuable assets - our clients.
Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Coordinating client care requirements, including evaluations, case management, and crafting personalized Care Plans
- Assisting the clinical management team with AN-ACC documentation and thorough assessments
- Providing guidance and oversight to Care Assistants
- Engaging with clients and their families, as well as collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure favorable client outcomes

Position Requirements
- Vaccination against Influenza and at least one dose of the Covid-19 vaccine
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Active registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Current CPR Certification
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including night and weekend shifts
- Willingness to learn and develop knowledge of AN-ACC
- Strong clinical knowledge
- Proficient computer and mobile device skills
