About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Concession Sales Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through knowledgeable service and seamless execution of operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service - Provide an exceptional customer experience through great service, excellent product knowledge, and a seamless point of sale transaction.
  • Results-Oriented - Be the reason the customer returns to us by consistently exceeding their expectations.
  • Team Player - Live and role model the CRG values, collaborating with your store team to deliver results and contribute to team experience.
  • Store Operations - Actively maintain a safe place to work for team members and everyone who visits our store, with a focus on promoting wellbeing.
  • Brand Knowledge - Understand the brand and CRG strategy, and how your role contributes to the delivery, demonstrating this in your day-to-day work.
  • Product Knowledge - Utilise tools available to keep yourself up to date with the latest products, so you can share that knowledge with your customer.
  • Visual Merchandising - Assist with the execution of store visual merchandising and store presentation to brand standards.
  • Stock Management - Contribute to the smooth operations of the store through effective management of stock and loss prevention, and provide recommendations to your leader on opportunities for improvement.
