About the Role

We are seeking a Graduate Reliability Engineer to join our team at Contract Resources Pty Ltd. As a key member of our Maintenance and Asset Reliability department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day functions of maintenance and reliability on our equipment across Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze equipment failure data to identify patterns and root causes of failures
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and extend equipment life
  • Work with cross-functional teams to address reliability issues and implement solutions
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation on findings, maintenance strategies, and reliability improvements
Requirements and Experience
  • Bachelor of Engineering (Honours), Chemical/Process or Mechanical Engineering
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with reliability engineering principles, statistical analysis, and database management systems
  • Demonstrated commitment to OH&S and sustainability outcomes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including technical report writing
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various stakeholders
