About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect blood samples from patients in a safe and efficient manner
  • Work in a variety of locations, including pathology collection centres, hospitals, clinics, and medical practices
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills to patients and healthcare professionals
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve high-quality results
  • Meet productivity and quality standards
Requirements
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow quality processes
  • Effective communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Right to work in Australia
  • Current National Police Certificate - Unsupervised contact with vulnerable groups
  • Current South Australian Driver's License
  • Minimum basic computer skills
  • Experience in private pathology or a Certificate III in Pathology Collection
  • Willingness to undertake vaccination, including for Influenza & COVID-19
