Culinary Aged Care Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside the Chef to assist with kitchen management and tailor meals to meet unique requirements.
  • Ensure residents are provided with healthy, nutritious, and delicious meals that cater to their dietary needs.
  • Support the broader kitchen team to deliver a memorable dining experience that enhances the quality of life for our residents.

Requirements:

  • A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills to effectively engage with the team and residents.
  • Experience within a commercial kitchen, preferably in aged care, with a focus on delivering fresh and wholesome meals.
  • A broad range of cuisines and dietary requirements knowledge to respond to social, spiritual, and cultural needs of our residents.
