Home Care Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Worker to join our team at KinCare on the Gold Coast. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers, enabling them to live independently at home for longer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry, to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for our customers.
  • Assist with meal preparation and shopping, ensuring our customers have access to nutritious food and groceries.
  • Offer social support and access to lifestyle activities, helping our customers stay engaged and connected with their community.
  • Provide respite and emotional support, offering a listening ear and a helping hand when needed.
  • Transport customers to appointments and provide social support, helping them stay connected with their loved ones.
  • Provide complex care for customers with high care needs, including dementia support.

What We Look For:

We are seeking a Home Care Worker who is passionate about assisting our aged community and has a current P1 class or above Australian Driver's License and a registered vehicle. If you are a caring and compassionate individual who is available to work at least 3 days a week, Monday to Friday, we encourage you to apply.

We are a 3 Circle Back Initiative Employer, committed to responding to every applicant.
