About the Role:

As a Customer Service Agent, you will embark on a rewarding journey behind the wheel of our iconic delivery vans. Your primary responsibility will be to safely navigate through local neighborhoods, delivering customer orders to their homes during the day or night.

While ensuring a seamless customer experience, you will also be involved in picking and packing orders to the highest standard, ready for delivery. This role demands enthusiasm, energy, and pace as you work closely with customers to meet their expectations.

Key Requirements:

• A commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences by being proactive, courteous, and professional at all times.
• An unrestricted Australian driver's license and a clean driving record, which will be verified through a police history check and a driving history check.
• The confidence to drive safely and navigate through busy streets, suburban roads, and regional areas with ease.
• To be physically active, as you will be required to lift and carry groceries from the van to your delivery points, which may involve stairs.
• Availability to work flexible hours across our store trading days, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
