This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, promoting and selling CFD crypto products to clients worldwide. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing long-term partnerships with new crypto clients, providing exceptional customer service, and delivering innovative solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities- We are looking for a sales professional with strong interpersonal skills to promote and sell CFD crypto products, focusing on Bitcoin (BTC) and mainstream cryptocurrencies.
- The ideal candidate will have the ability to establish strong relationships with new crypto clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also need to:
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and dynamics in Bitcoin (BTC) and other major cryptocurrencies.
- Provide expert insights and potential trading opportunities in the crypto CFD market.
- Assist clients in understanding cryptocurrency market movements and platform trading tools.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A strong knowledge of Bitcoin (BTC) and broader cryptocurrency trading.
- Experience working in the financial industry, particularly with crypto assets.
