About the Role
As a Home Loan Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting customers with their home lending needs virtually, via phone, email, and video chat. You will be empowered by our industry-leading platform, which enables customers to upload documents and check the status of their application, resulting in speed to settlement at up to four times faster than industry average. You will also field pre-qualified customer appointments booked for you by our in-house sales associates, submit deals to our client solutions team for processing, and enjoy a high level of autonomy and flexibility in your work.

Requirements
