Early Childhood Education Leader

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified and passionate individual to lead our Toddlers room.

We are seeking a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care holder to develop and implement engaging educational programs that cater to the individual needs of each child.

The successful applicant will have the ability to work collaboratively with our experienced team of educators to create a creative and inclusive educational environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing high-quality educational programs that align with the centre's philosophy
  • Providing guidance and supervision to ensure children's safety and well-being at all times
  • Engaging in group time sessions that foster social skills, creativity, and emotional intelligence
  • Maintaining accurate records of children's progress and updating portfolios as required
  • Communicating effectively with parents and staff to ensure seamless transitions and shared understanding of children's development

Essential criteria include:

  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA Approved)
  • Working with Children Check (NSW)
  • Current First Aid Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges
  • Passion for supporting the educational and developmental needs of young children
