About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Case Coordinator NDIS Services to join our team at Northern Adelaide Rehabilitation Service. As a key member of our service, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless coordination and delivery of high-quality services under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

Your primary responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive assessments, developing tailored support plans, and facilitating effective communication between clients, families, and service providers.

To thrive in this role, you must possess substantial experience in case management and disability services. Exceptional communication, problem-solving and organisational skills are essential, as you will navigate complex situations while maintaining a person-centred approach.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • An appropriate degree or equivalent qualification for one of the following Allied Health disciplines working in the service: Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology, Dietetics, Social Work, Podiatry, or Clinical Psychology.
  • Substantial experience in case management and disability services.
