The Role

We are seeking a Full Time Store Consultant to join our team at our Bibra Lake location. As a Store Consultant, you will work closely with our customers to ensure a seamless service is provided. You will be responsible for:

  • Customer Service
    • Delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting customers in making the best storage choice for their needs.
    • Conducting centre tours and walk-throughs to showcase our facilities.
  • Centre Presentation and Maintenance
    • Maintaining a safe and secure centre by wearing appropriate safety gear, safe use of equipment, and following workplace health and safety procedures.
    • Ensuring centre presentation, maintenance, cleanliness, and achieving budgeted KPI goals to ensure our centres always represent our high standards.
  • Administration
    • Actioning general administration duties such as customer contracts, inventory, and insurance claims.
