About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Section Leader to join our Roads and Highways team at Jacobs. As a key member of our ANZ Roads and Highways leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the regions of Victoria and Tasmania, providing inspirational leadership to your Section within a Performance Unit, and fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster strong client relationships, anticipating client needs, and ensuring our team delivers outstanding project outcomes.
  • Provide visible, inspirational, and consistent leadership and role modeling of Jacobs' core values, fostering an inclusive and diverse culture across your section.
  • Support your Section to be engaged, resilient, and adaptable, and inspire them to strive for innovation while maintaining outstanding project delivery, responsible and proactive commercial management, and making disciplined investment decisions.
