RFP and DDQ Content Developer – Investment Management

Overview
Seeking an experienced professional to lead the development and management of high-quality business proposal documents and due diligence questionnaires for leading wealth and institutional investors. As a key member of our Client Solutions Group, you will collaborate with subject matter experts to draft and refine content while developing and implementing editorial guidelines to ensure a unified voice across the organization.
Key responsibilities include managing and overseeing the customization of our content technology solution, RocketDocs, and working closely with vendors to tailor this system to meet the organization's needs as required. This role also involves evaluating ways to leverage AI capabilities within the system to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will possess strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with 4+ years' experience in an investment management RFP/DDQ role. They should also have excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, and familiarity with content management systems, particularly RocketDocs.
