Job Description

Our graduate program is designed to provide you with hands-on experience in a supportive and collaborative environment, working closely with high-performing business bankers in regional and rural areas of Australia.

You will be responsible for undertaking a 4-month rotational based program, learning and developing critical skills for a future in banking, connecting with past Alumni Grads and fostering mentoring relationships, participating in industry learning and ongoing skill development, and gaining exposure supporting our customers and communities.

  • Develop strong customer service skills and a passion for Regional Business & Agribusiness.
  • Effectively manage relationships and work in a service environment.

Eligibility

To be eligible to apply, you must have:

  • Australian or New Zealand citizenship or be an Australian Permanent Resident at the time of applying.
  • Have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree or be due to complete it by the commencement of the program.
  • Be willing to relocate to a regional location for either the 4-month program or your first permanent role outside of the program.
  • Commit and be available to commence full-time employment.
