We are seeking an experienced Customer Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales performance, and building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide genuine service, creating lasting impressions and moments that matter for our customers.
  • Utilize superstar selling skills to contribute to the sales performance of the store.
  • Build effective customer relationships and establish yourself as the expert to talk to.
  • Work collaboratively with your team to achieve store success.
  • Maintain exceptional presentation and merchandising standards of the showroom.
  • Adhere to a safety mindset, ensuring a safe work environment for yourself and your colleagues.
Requirements
  • You must be a passionate customer service expert with previous retail and/or customer service experience.
  • You should possess the physical capacity to perform the duties of the role, including handling products of a heavy nature.
  • You must hold a valid driver's licence, as driving will be required in this role.
  • You should be available to work weekends and flexible to work other days if requested.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum
