Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Video Technician to lead the technical aspects of live events, concerts, festivals, and corporate productions.

About The Role
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up vision equipment in indoor and outdoor settings, providing technical support, and delivering high-impact visuals that elevate every event.
  • You will lead onsite, support junior crew members, and ensure excellence from console to screen.
  • This is a hands-on position from prep to pack-down, requiring a collaborative, show-first mindset and a safety-first approach.
Key Responsibilities
  • Setting up and operating vision equipment, including LED processors, vision systems, and playback technology.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to junior staff members.
  • Leading onsite teams and ensuring delivery of high-quality visual components.
  • Conducting site checks and selecting, pre-event programming, and resetting vision equipment for events.
  • Building, testing, and delivering solutions to specification using a range of LED Systems.
  • Supporting teams with bump-in and bump-out of events.
Requirements
  • Proven end-to-end experience as a Video or LED Technician.
  • Strong working knowledge of LED processors, vision systems, and playback technology.
  • Experience leading crews and mentoring team members.
  • Technical fluency with ROE, Brompton, Barco, Riedel, Blackmagic (or similar).
  • A collaborative, show-first mindset and a safety-first approach.
  • Qualifications in Live Production or equivalent experience.
