As an Administration Officer, you will play a vital role in maintaining a smooth and efficient office environment. Your key responsibilities will include being the first point of contact for visitors and clients, directing phone inquiries, and supporting the Sales and Operations team with administrative tasks to enhance office productivity.
Duties- Greet customers and visitors in a welcoming and professional manner
- Handle incoming calls and direct them accordingly
- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Liaise with service orders and generate quotations as required
- Maintain customer files and databases up-to-date
- Book inductions, courses, flights, and accommodation efficiently
- Manage mail and correspondence effectively
- Process customer purchase orders promptly
This role requires a positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to assist others. Excellent customer service skills, both face-to-face and over the phone, are essential. Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) is also necessary.
Previous experience in an office environment, preferably in reception, administration, or customer service, is highly desirable. A current driver's license and Cert III in Business Administration or experience with service-based accounting software would be advantageous.
