Beauty Advisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Beauty Advisor to join our team. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for each client.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Creating a tailor-made client experience and personalized solution for each client visit
  • Sharing beauty tips with clients to educate and inspire them
  • Conducting makeup services and skincare consultations for clients
  • Proactively inviting clients to come back for services and scheduling appointments
  • Promoting link selling and cross-selling to achieve business objectives

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong understanding of beauty products and trends. You should be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate confidently with colleagues and customers.

  • Eagerness and willingness to take care of customers with an understanding of exceptional customer service
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish emotional connections
  • Previous retail experience and experience with sales targets and KPIs will be highly regarded
  • Digital trend awareness with capabilities to embrace changing technologies
  • Curiosity, openness, and eagerness to learn
