Service Lifecycle Coordinator

This is a pivotal role within our organization where you will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of after sales service and warranty claims. You will collaborate closely with customers, installers, and technical teams to ensure seamless resolution of all repairs, reworks, and service calls.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate installer rectification requests, gather evidence for customer inquiries, service requests, and claim management.
  • Analyze queries and claims, update customer records and communicate effectively.
  • Review complex rectification requests with senior team members for guidance and approval.
  • Solicit repair prices from suppliers and provide quotes to customers.
  • Process purchase orders, track delivery schedules, and follow up as necessary.
  • Maintain customer communication regarding order status and potential supply chain disruptions.
  • Provide backup support for scheduling installer runs when required.
Ideal Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a similar capacity is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
  • Effective problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • The ability to multitask and work efficiently under deadlines.
  • Proficiency in computer software (Microsoft Office).
