This role involves working closely with senior leadership and external legal advisors on various tasks, including:

  • Fund and deal execution support
  • Compliance management under the Australian financial services regulatory environment
  • Trustee entity setup and ongoing management
  • Drafting and reviewing investment agreements, NDAs, fund documentation, and other legal contracts
  • Compliance committee involvement and portfolio company support
  • Oversight of policy updates and external-facing documentation.

You will also gain exposure to investment committee discussions and contribute to broader strategic outcomes across the business.

About You

We're looking for a lawyer with 4+ years' post-admission experience, a solid understanding of the Australian financial services regulatory environment, and experience in funds management, wholesale fund structures, or general corporate/commercial advisory.
