About the Role
As a Retail Leader, you will be responsible for the running of the store during evening and night trade. You will take pride in contributing to a store that is exceptionally presented, welcoming, and engaging for our customers, team members, and local community.
About You and Your Skills
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment is essential.
- Direct leadership experience is required, as you will need to lead, coach, and develop your team to meet sales targets and cost control.
- You will be responsible for ensuring Coles' visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and stock management standards are met.
- You will be customer-obsessed and continually seek to better understand our diverse customers.
- You will drive a one-team culture that celebrates success and puts team members' health, safety, and wellbeing first.
