About the Role:

We're seeking a proactive Shopify developer to join our team in creating exceptional e-commerce experiences. This person will work closely with our CTO, designers, and product managers to deliver high-performing front-end interfaces.

This is a fast-paced project where you'll collaborate directly with our technical leaders to translate designs into Shopify storefronts. You'll be responsible for implementing light integrations with third-party apps and APIs as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver polished, responsive, and high-performing front-end interfaces.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to translate designs into Shopify storefronts.
  • Implement light integrations with third-party apps and APIs as needed.
  • Optimise Shopify sites for performance, accessibility, and SEO.
  • Proactively ask questions and provide suggestions to improve workflows and user experience.

Requirements:

  • Strong front-end Shopify experience (5+ years at least, with several Shopify sites delivered).
  • Familiarity with React is a plus for bespoke front-end components.
  • E-commerce experience with a track record of delivering high-quality Shopify projects.
  • Senior level developer with strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships across teams.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of independent decision-making.
