About the Role:

  • Provide assistance at home and in the community, including transport, shopping, personal care, companionship, meal preparation and social and community access.
  • Work with elderly and persons with a disability, providing support and promoting independence.
  • Be part of a rapidly growing team with opportunities for flexible work arrangements.

Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care to your clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • A minimum Certificate 3 in Aged Care/Disability or equivalent qualification.
  • Current driver's license and access to a comprehensive insured vehicle.
  • Current Provide First Aid and CPR certificate.
  • Australian Federal Police Check.
  • NSW Working with Children's Check.
  • Ability to drive to clients within designated areas.

Ongoing support and supervision by our dedicated Care Coordination Team consisting of trained Enrolled and Registered Nurses.
