We are seeking an experienced and skilled Physiotherapist to join our team in South-Western Sydney.
About the Role:
The Position involves delivering comprehensive physiotherapy services to clients in their own homes through home care packages/NDIS. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing holistic care to clients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiorespiratory conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and create personalized treatment plans for clients.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide multidisciplinary care.
- Educate clients and their families on healthy living practices.
- Liaise with service providers to ensure effective communication.
- Work independently to prioritize tasks, maintain records, and provide patient reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy (or equivalent).
- Registration with AHPRA.
- Police Check Clearance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time-management skills and attention to detail.
