About the Role

The Chief Information Security Strategist will be responsible for leading our client's security function and working closely with our team to ensure the delivery of NTT services meets the agreed-upon security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Security Relationship Management: Develop a deep understanding of the client's operational environment and collaborate with our team to deliver ISMS outcomes;
  • Incident Response: Lead the response to security incidents, coordinating internal stakeholders to resolve issues promptly;
  • Compliance and Policy: Provide critical inputs to the client's compliance processes and ensure our team adheres to applicable frameworks;
  • Internal Audits: Conduct regular internal security reviews to guarantee compliance with relevant regulations;
  • Vulnerability Management: Ensure our team is compliant with vulnerability management and patching obligations;
  • Process Improvement: Regularly review information security and risk processes, identifying areas for enhancement in conjunction with the client and our stakeholders;
  • Security Uplift: Understand the client's operational and security challenges, recommending suitable security enhancement options;
  • Risk Management: Collaborate with the client and our subject matter experts to identify security risks and vulnerabilities, suggesting rectification activities;

Requirements

  • Industry Accreditations: CISM, CISSP, CISA, CRISC or GIAC certifications are highly desirable;
  • CSO/CISO/IS Manager Experience: Proven experience in managing security functions within an ITIL-based service delivery environment;
  • Security Expertise: Extensive background in security incident management services, security audits, business continuity planning, and risk management;
  • Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards;
  • AGSVA Clearance: Having AGSVA clearance or being able to obtain it is highly desirable.
