About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Assistant at Dusk. As a Customer Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the success of our stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
- Visual Merchandising: Work with our visual merchandising team to create an engaging and inviting store environment that showcases our products in the best possible light.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our candles and homeware products, enabling you to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and support each other in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, sales trends, and customer preferences, and share insights with the team to drive business growth and improvement.
