Driving business growth through effective marketing strategies is key to our success. We're seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our regional marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive measurable outcomes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the strategic planning and delivery of cross-channel regional marketing initiatives, encompassing brand, SMB, and partner marketing activities.
  • Collaborating closely with regional sales and global marketing teams to identify new opportunities and drive integrated efforts to grow market share.
  • Monitoring and reporting on campaign results, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Leading and developing a team of marketing professionals, fostering a customer-first, data-driven culture.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Significant experience in marketing within a high-growth environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop marketing professionals.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and comfort operating in ambiguous situations.
