About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our dynamic team at Frontline Recruitment. As a key member of our hospitality group, you will be responsible for leading our culinary operations and driving innovation in menu creation and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement menu strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional food quality and presentation
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to create new and exciting menu offerings
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and food cost control
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Passion for modern cookery and a commitment to using only the freshest and highest-quality ingredients
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
  • Strong knowledge of food cost control, inventory management, and kitchen operations
