Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Executive Financial Reporting and Analysis Manager to join our Group Financial Reporting & Analysis (FR&A) team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance on investment reporting, performance analysis, and planning & forecasting processes. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver insights that inform strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support investment reporting and analysis.
- Provide critical analysis on investment portfolio performance to senior management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that enhance reporting efficiency.
- Engage with project stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and develop recommendations for implementation.
- Supervise direct reports and provide coaching and mentoring to ensure team members achieve their full potential.
Requirements
- CA/CPA/CFA qualification and Big 4 background preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
