O'Brien have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Automotive Glass Repairer to join our team.

**Job Description:**

We are looking for hands-on individuals who take pride in their work and want to develop the skills and capabilities to repair, replace and fit windscreens on any type of motor vehicle to Australian Standards.

You will undergo the O'Brien Cert III in Automotive Glazing through our O'Brien Auto Technician Skills Development Program, learning how to complete re-calibrations for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS).

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

- Customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Reliable, positive attitude and willingness to learn the trade

- Retail or automotive knowledge or experience is an advantage but not required
