About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Calvary Care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our patients and residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and provide high-quality catering and cleaning services within the Catering and Housekeeping Departments.
  • Practice in accordance with Calvary and relevant Government Health policies and procedures, the position description, Code of Conduct, and industrial agreements.
  • Complete duties as delegated and respond to routine correspondence as directed.
  • Ensure effective communication between staff members and complete daily checklists as required.
Requirements
  • Has completed Secondary School.
  • Ability to work unsupervised to complete duties as required.
  • Reliable, mature, and self-motivated.
  • Orientated to be multi-skilled.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Friendly disposition.
  • Demonstrate a service philosophy consistent with the principles of the hospital's corporate philosophy and direction.
  • Commitment to a high standard of service and knowledge of customer service in healthcare.
