The Executive Assistant to the Group CEO and Senior Leadership Team plays a vital role in ensuring seamless task execution across the business and regular review of strategic objectives by members of the SLT and Management Team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to support the CEO and Executive team of a rapidly growing business, promoting company-wide tasks and fostering a positive culture.

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, ensuring meeting preparation and follow-up ahead of meetings.
  • Take minutes and notes from key meetings chaired or attended by Senior Leadership Team members.
  • Assist the CEO and Operations Director with HR tasks, including recruitment, document management, and organizational structure updates.
  • Develop and implement a recording and follow-up system for strategic goals.
  • Manage Employment Hero and employee reward programs in conjunction with the CEO.

Other responsibilities include communicating on behalf of the CEO and/or SLT with external stakeholders, updating KPIs for Board reporting, and covering front reception duties as needed.

Requirements

To succeed in this application, you should have:

  • Deep experience in similar roles in fast-moving businesses (3 years+).
  • Demonstrable track record supporting C-suite level executives.
  • An interest or experience in supporting HR activity.
  • Proven ability to manage tasks and calendars for Senior Executives.
  • Broad knowledge and experience across various platforms for task and calendar management.
  • Advanced Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word skills.
  • Experience developing PowerPoint presentations.
  • Excellent writing and grammar skills.
