Job Role: Heavy Vehicle Technician

About the Job

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Heavy Vehicle Diesel Technicians to join our workshop.

The successful candidate will work in a modern well-equipped environment, rotating through different repair teams to gain experience in both product and mechanical skills.

As a Heavy Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for repairing mechanical parts of vehicles, ensuring all accessories are fitted and completed, and identifying additional work required.

  • Repair engine, transmission, and suspension systems
  • Test drive and complete inspections according to Service Check Sheet
  • Produce clear and concise reports detailing work carried out, including supplies used and recommendations
Key Requirements
  • Mechanical trade certificate
  • Experience in Heavy Vehicle industry beneficial but not essential
  • Demonstrated ability to produce high quality workmanship on time and within expected timelines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team, with good presentation and communication skills
  • Current HC/HR drivers license an advantage
