Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Engineer to join our Product & Engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in designing and delivering intuitive, high-performing user interfaces across our platform.

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will lead front-end development efforts for customer-facing features, ensuring the highest standards of performance, usability, and accessibility. You will collaborate closely with designers, back-end engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality features and products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Front-End Development:
    • Develop scalable and maintainable front-end components using modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular.
  • Collaboration:
    • Collaborate closely with designers, back-end engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality features and products.
  • Optimization:
    • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Maintenance:
    • Maintain and improve front-end infrastructure, ensuring best practices in code quality, testing, and documentation.
  • Mentorship:
    • Participate in design and code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Contribute to improving our development processes and tools.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in front-end development with a focus on building complex web applications.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and one or more modern frameworks like Angular.
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs and modern front-end build pipelines and tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
  • Familiarity with testing libraries and frameworks (Jest, Cypress, etc.).
  • Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Experience in a cloud-native, microservices-based architecture is a plus.
