Job Description:- Respond to client and carer enquiries with empathy and respect
- Keep accurate records and manage service agreements, rosters, and purchase orders
- Manage finances, including accounts payable and ensure financial compliance
- Support aged care events promoting inclusion and wellbeing
- Certificate IV in Business (Office Administration) or relevant experience
- Experience in financial systems, data collation, and client databases
- Strong time management, multitasking, and attention to detail skills
- High-level customer service skills with a positive, professional attitude
