Job Title: Community Physiotherapist

We are seeking an experienced physiotherapist to join our team in the North Metropolitan area of Perth. The successful candidate will be involved in providing community-based care programs that assist aged customers to continue living independently in their own homes.

The role requires conducting comprehensive assessments, developing personalized care plans, and implementing effective strategies to meet each client's unique needs. You will also design individual and group exercise programs to keep clients motivated and engaged while fostering collaboration and successful outcomes through effective communication with clients, families, and caregivers.

This is a highly autonomous role that involves traveling within the North Metropolitan area, providing care to customers in the community and working on site at facilities from time to time. You will work closely and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and Therapy Assistants to achieve desired outcomes for clients.

You will have a customer base in the North Metropolitan area and access to pool cars or paid mileage, as well as a laptop and phone. This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week during core business hours Monday to Friday.

Key Requirements:
  • Current FULL registration with AHPRA as a Physiotherapist (essential)
  • Ability to relate to elderly customers with empathy while working effectively with other health professionals and service providers
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate quality care
  • Current Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle - both essential
