Job Title: Facilities Manager

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the efficient operation, maintenance, development, and refurbishment of a commercial asset in Perth CBD.

This role will see you accountable for delivering high-quality services to our clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing operating expenditure, budgeting, and financial reporting.

You will work as part of an experienced Facilities Management team, leveraging your skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional results and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have strong facilities management experience, a strong focus on managing commercial assets, and superior knowledge in operational and facilities management.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

  • About You:
  • Proven track record in facilities management, with a focus on commercial assets
  • Strong financial acumen and knowledge of budgeting and financial reporting
  • Superior knowledge of operational and facilities management, including essential fire safety measures, mechanical services, hydraulic, and structural services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
